TRADE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gowen & Bradshaw Ltd. is a wholesale distributor supplying approved trade customers throughout Ireland.

All trade sales are subject to the Company’s Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable at the time an order is placed.

Prices, payment terms, carriage arrangements, credit facilities, returns and other commercial terms are provided directly to approved trade customers and may vary depending on the products, brands and circumstances of supply.

Goods remain the property of Gowen & Bradshaw Ltd. until payment has been received in full in accordance with the Company’s applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Any shortages, delivery discrepancies or damaged goods should be reported to Gowen & Bradshaw Ltd. promptly following receipt.

Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation from Gowen & Bradshaw Ltd.
